We discovered that a slow leak within the wall of one bathroom in our very large and very busy sports complex lead to black mold build up within the wall and floor. We contacted a few companies for quotes to rid the mold and found that Mold Monkey was thousands of dollars cheaper, more effective in actually neutralizing the mold rather than just scraping it off, and it is environmentally safe. They provided an accurate quote on price and time frame and worked within our requested schedule for the best time of day to minimize business disruption. They also assisted in finding a partner contractor to assist with deconstruction and reconstruction. Job well done!
